Every day we take full server backups and we store them off-site (in Frankfurt, Germany) as part of our disaster recovery plans. We are restoring the full server from a backup that completed 1st Dec. before the failure. The restore work is very difficult to estimate but we are working hard throughout the night to minimize downtime during office hours. Our team are working round-the-clock until all services are back online. We will provide updates when we have them.
We deeply regret these problems and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. We have always invested heavily in top of the range webservers and software to provide the best possible service, so it’s very frustrating for us that the hardware has failed.
