We sincerely apologise to all the inconvenience this is causing .
We need to restore two partitions /var and /home
The /var partition has to be done first. It includes system configuration, databases and DNS records. The initial ETA was 33 hours and has reduced to (right now) 14 hours. We expect it to come down much more. The /home partition we don’t have an ETA for, but will provide as soon as I have it.
We realise this is taking much longer than any of us would like. It will now probably be Saturday or Sunday before completion. We’ll remain in regular contact with our backup provider until it has 100% completed. They’ll continue to work at an urgent rate 24×7 until the restore is complete.
